Maximizing Your Temporary Housing Budget
This roundtable explores the challenges corporate housing providers face in balancing budget constraints with the needs of travelers and RMCs. Discussions will focus on the disparity between budget requests and the housing options available, the factors influencing housing selections and the operational hurdles in meeting budgetary requirements. Participants will share insights on coping with rising costs amid budget cuts and strategies for optimizing housing services within limited financial resources.

Demand Consolidation
This roundtable will delve into the concept of demand consolidation, encouraging participants to examine their company’s housing needs across various categories, such as group travel, project travel and relocation. Discussions will also cover strategies for educating clients on the benefits of demand consolidation, overcoming inventory challenges and the role of technology plays in streamlining or, in some cases, complicating demand management. Attendees will discuss best practices for aligning housing needs with available inventory in a dynamic market.

Duty of Care, Sustainability Reporting and DEI&A Considerations
This roundtable will focus on the increasing importance of duty of care, sustainability and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) in the mobility sector. Participants will explore how partnerships are evolving, the impact of legislation on these areas and the shared responsibilities of operators and clients in the reporting and vetting processes. The session will also examine the sources of pressure for these initiatives and identify the support operators need to fulfill their duty of care obligations effectively.
