Teela Gleason, CRP, GMS-T is an integral part of the Suddath leadership team, where she is responsible for global account management and liaising between customer service and international operations teams to ensure outstanding service delivery. Her more than 30 years of industry and customer experience are key to driving innovation and process improvements at Suddath. During her tenure with the company, Teela transitioned Suddath to a centralized customer service model and developed the account management team. She has built client relations programs to include KPI management, detailed analytical reports and value-adds to support the global moving program. She is an active member of FIDI and Worldwide ERC®, a frequent speaker and moderator at industry events, and has held several volunteer leadership positions within local regional relocation groups.
