Courtney Crosby is the Global Mobility Operations and U.S. Immigration Program Manager at Texas Instruments (TI), a multinational semiconductor firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Over her last 8 years with TI, Courtney has held several strategic roles across the HR portfolio but has found her “home” within the Global HR Operations organization. She has supported “People Mobility” processes for 5 years and lives on the “technical side” of Global Mobility. She is responsible for vendor integrations with TI’s HRIS and is a sought-out thought partner when it comes to designing new business processes and streamlining current workflows and systems. She is passionate about building stakeholder understanding and capability throughout the “People Mobility” lifecycle, working collaboratively with employees, leaders, functional partners, and external vendors.
