In 2024, Presidential and Parliamentary elections in over 65 countries will result in over half of the world’s total population having the opportunity to cast a ballot. The outcomes of these elections, along with evolving geopolitical dynamics worldwide, growing concerns in many Western countries about the impacts and role of immigration, economic challenges facing several of the world’s largest economies, are likely to result in an increasingly challenging governmental landscape in numerous countries around the globe. Employers, in turn, will have to navigate through this landscape in order to continue leveraging employment-based immigration options to access and retain the human talent vital to their organization’s talent strategies and operational success.

This year’s Immigration Strategic Summit will bring together experienced global mobility and immigration practitioners looking from immigration experts and their peers on how best to navigate these challenges and effectively support their company’s talent strategies.
